Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel good about every vibe you bring home. If you’re not totally in love with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery—and up to 45 days during the holiday season.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Pre-order items are eligible for return
  • We cover return shipping for eligible returns

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We currently ship within the U.S. only using USPS.

Free Shipping: On orders over $75
